For retail orders, please use the order form
Wholesale orders should be sent by e-mail to the address handel@bott.pl
The order should contain the following information:
- measure model, number and color (if applicable)
- information on what is to be printed on the measuring cup (if the logo is to be printed, please provide the vector file in EPS or CDR format up to version 16)
- invoice details and delivery address
- determining the form of payment: on delivery or prepayment to the account
After receiving the order, we send the customer confirmation of acceptance of the order: pro forma payment for prepayment and project for approval.
